Maggie’s Rainbow Row, South of Broad & Waterfront Park Senior Session in Charleston, South Carolina

Every senior session leaves me smiling, but now and then, one leaves me smiling just a little bigger on the drive home…this was definitely one of them! Maggie made the trip to Charleston dreaming of colorful streets, waterfront views, and the timeless beauty that makes this city so magical for senior photos. We spent the evening exploring some of my favorite spots around downtown Charleston, from the colorful homes along Rainbow Row to the charming cobblestone streets of South of Broad before making our way to the coast.

Watching Maggie light up at every stop was one of my favorite parts of the evening. She was so excited to be here, and that excitement was completely contagious. We laughed our way through the session, soaked up the Charleston sunshine, and somehow managed to pack so many beautiful moments into one evening. It was one of those sessions where five more minutes at every location somehow still wouldn’t have felt like enough!

One of the things I love most about Charleston senior photography is how much variety this city offers in every little corner. Historic architecture, colorful homes, quiet streets, waterfront views, and the coast can all become part of one senior experience, giving each session its own personality and story. For Maggie, it was the perfect way to bring her vision for Charleston senior photos to life.

Maggie, thank you for making the trip and trusting me with such a fun evening. Your excitement made this session so much fun to photograph, and I left feeling incredibly grateful for the time we spent together.
